Our History
"Experience the ultimate blend of passion and flavour at Oberon Black Truffiere, where our homegrown cold climate truffles are a dream come true.". Our story began when we decided to pull up stumps and leave Sydney for a tree change. We discovered Oberon and fell in love with it's climate and landscape, and so Oberon Black was born. We are foodies at heart, and love to entertain. The thought of growing truffles to share with family and friends, inspired us to plant 575 french holly oak trees so that we can share our love of truffles, nationally and internationally.
Our philosophy
Our philosophy is based on respect for nature and the uniqueness of each truffle we harvest. We strive to express the character and terroir of the land in our truffles, using only the best practices and innovations in truffle growing.
Our efforts
We actively work towards sustainable truffle growing, committed to preserving the environment and supporting our local community. We use modern farming methods, minimize our environmental impact, and support social initiatives in our regions.
